By creating an account or otherwise accessing Unsloppd (the "Service"), you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Unsloppd. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or legal guardian’s permission to use the service.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on Unsloppd. By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the platform.

If you are a content creator and wish to have your videos or channel removed from Unsloppd, please contact us at support@unsloppd.com with verifiable proof of ownership (e.g., a screenshot of your channel dashboard or a signed declaration). Upon successful verification, we will remove the requested content within five (5) business days.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Posting content that is unlawful, harmful, or discriminatory.
• Harassing, threatening, or defaming other users.
• Attempting to interfere with the security or integrity of the platform.
• Using automated scripts to collect information or otherwise interact with the service.

6. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on Unsloppd are our property or the property of third parties. You may not use these marks without prior written permission.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Unsloppd at any time, with or without cause or notice, for behavior that violates these Terms.

8. Disclaimers

Unsloppd is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Unsloppd or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Unsloppd operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide at least 30 days’ advance notice via e-mail or an in-app banner before the revised Terms take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
